🛠 Step 1: Log into Your Demo Account

Visit Insur Policy and log in using your demo credentials. If you don’t have an account yet, it takes less than a minute to register.

📄 Step 2: Select the Policy You Want to Claim Against

Go to the “My Policies” section and choose the demo policy related to the incident (e.g., travel, auto, health). You’ll see an option labeled “Submit a Claim” — click it to start the process.

📝 Step 3: Fill in the Claim Form

The form will ask for simulated details, such as:

• Date and description of the event

• Type of incident (accident, damage, delay, etc.)

• Estimated amount being claimed

• Any supporting demo documents or notes

Since this is a fully simulated platform, feel free to test different scenarios and understand how claim variables affect resolution.

🧾 Step 4: Submit the Claim and Receive Confirmation

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation notification. You can track the status of your claim under the “My Claims” tab. Claims are processed automatically by demo logic and rules that mimic real-world underwriting behavior.

💰 Step 5: Receive Payout in FDK Demo Tokens

If the claim is “approved,” you will receive a simulated payout in FDK tokens directly to your Insur Policy demo wallet. These tokens can only be used within the New Reality ecosystem.

You can withdraw them to your FDK wallet on New Reality Demo Stage by submitting a withdrawal request.
