This Cancellation Policy applies to all users of the Insur Policy platform.

1. Policy Cancellation

Policies may be canceled at any time within the demo environment by:

• User request via the dashboard or email

• Automated system deactivation (e.g., account inactivity)

Upon cancellation:

• The demo policy will be voided

• Any unused demo tokens will not be refunded or transferred to other platforms

• The user may continue to browse or simulate new coverage

2. Refunds

Since Insur Policy operates entirely in simulation, no refunds in fiat, crypto, or FDK tokens are issued. All transactions are non-binding.

3. Discontinuation of Service

Insur Policy reserves the right to cancel any policy, at any time, without notice in case of:

• Abuse or misuse of the platform

• Attempted misrepresentation of the demo as a real insurance provider

• Breach of Terms of Service
